Conference Details

In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, this year’s conference will be held virtually using Zoom video conferencing. Stay tunes for more details!

Registration will open in mid-February. As with past years, UW Stevens Point will manage conference registrations – both online and mail-in registration will be available.

KEYNOTE: We are excited to announce that Matt Glowacki, a nationally recognized speaker, will start our conference on Thursday, May 6th.

Using Waiver Funds to Pay for the Conference: Did you know that if your child is on the Children’s Long-term Support (CLTS) Waiver or the Children’s Community Options Program (CCOP) you can use these funds to attend the conference (including registration, hotel and travel)?

To learn more, see the helpful step-by-step guide on having waiver funds pay for the conference – How to Have Waiver Funds Pay for Attending a Conference

If you or your child’s service coordinator has questions, contact Kate Johnson, Bureau of Children’s Services at the Department of Health Services at SarahKate2.Johnson@wisconsin.gov or by calling 608.267.4519.
