Funding from Long-Term Support Programs:
If your child is covered by the Children’s Long Term Support Program or the Children’s Community Options Program you can request that your child’s plan cover the cost of attending the conference. Talk with your child’s service coordinator!
For those with adult children, contact your Family Care or IRIS case manager to request funds to cover the cost of participating in this educational event.
See the information sheet to learn more.
If your child’s CLTS support and service coordinator has questions, please contact the Regional Program Specialists – see Program Specials Contacts Map for names and contact information.

** Note that in most counties, CLTS funds can only be used to pay for conference registration. CCOP funds may be able to cover the cost of hotel and travel for families. Talk with your child’s support and services coordinator to see if this is possible in your county.

Scholarships from Elsie Shaw Foundation:
Starting March 1, families can apply for a scholarship through the Elsie Shaw Foundation to pay for conference registration, hotel and travel costs. When you apply, you will be asked if your child is enrolled in a long-term support program and we encourage you to request funding from CLTS first.
**Scholarship applications are due April 1.**
